Hairfork PÄIKE

Handcarved hairfork PÄIKE is inspired by the sun, as the name in Estonian suggests. The carved facets on the hairfork reflect sunlight and bring out the natural grain pattern of the wood. 

Made from a single piece of damson tree. Damson is almost like a plum tree, but the fruit is smaller. It features dark ruby red colours and snake skin like grain patterns. 

Length: 17 cm. 

Finished with natural linseed oil.
